Who We Are

In 1988, Ken McGuire started McGuire & Company to distribute temperature controls and HVAC specialties to mechanical contractors seeking knowledgeable, friendly advice and the right parts for varied applications.  As systems became more complex, our services expanded to include complete, turn-key temperature control and computer based monitoring systems.  Today, hundreds of buildings throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts operate with our controls.  Our personnel are trained in Open Systems through multiple vendors and we are actively integrating "best of breed" products and Web-based interfaces for customers large and small.

 

 

 

What We Do

McGuire Controls sells, installs and services temperature, lighting and access control systems in commercial, industrial and residential buildings.  As building controls progress into sophisticated, computer-centric integrated systems, we continue to provide cutting edge control solutions while maintaining our capabilities in conventional electro-mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems.  New products enter the market daily.  We seek the optimum solution from among those products yielding cost-effective, easy-to-use systems tailored to the needs of the users.

 

 

 

What We Don't Do

We don't do mechanical maintenance or install mechanical equipment.  We work with select partners offering full maintenance services and who are trained in systems we engineer.  Contact us for recommendations.

 

We also don't make promises we can't keep, leave a job unfinished or a customer unhappy if we can possibly help it, no matter what it takes.
